Time of the event: April 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Venue: Kurskaya metro station
Our meeting will consist of two parts:
- guided tour (1.5 hours) and
- master class on making flower brooches / hairpins using felting technique (1.5 hours)
The program of the event:
Let's go in search of inspiration! Our route starts from Kurskaya metro station and continues on Kazakova Street, where architecture whispers stories about bygone times. Then we will plunge into the atmosphere of Old Basmannaya, feeling the pulse of history in every ancient building. We will walk along the Earthen Rampart, which testifies to the centuries–old life of the city, and find ourselves on the territory of the former Arma factory, a space where the industrial past meets modern art.
Our tour will end in a historic 18th century building, where we will uncover the secrets of its construction and learn about the amazing fates of its owners. But that's not all!
In one of the beautiful halls of this building, a creative felting workshop is waiting for us under the guidance of a master, we will give free rein to creativity! At the master class, you will create a charming flower - a brooch or a hairpin – with your own hands and take it with you as a gift! It will be not just a souvenir, but a piece of your soul, filled with impressions from this unforgettable journey through the streets of Moscow!
Organizational issues:
- During the master class, disposable aprons, gloves and napkins are provided for each participant.
- The tour part is pedestrian, takes place on the street. Please dress according to the weather and wear comfortable shoes. The tour is conducted by a certified guide.
- The event is held in a group of up to 20 people.
