What to cook. Naval pasta in a new way
Ingredients:
Minced meat 800 grams
Thin noodles 250-300 grams
Onion 1 piece
Garlic 1 piece
Vegetable oil (butter, olive oil) for frying
Tomato paste or ketchup 3-4 tbsp
Cream 10% 200 ml
Salt and spices to taste
Pour the minced meat with water and mash it well to the consistency of thick sour cream.
Add salt, spices, ketchup or tomato paste and cream. Mix everything well.
In a dry frying pan, fry the noodles until golden (brown). Remove the noodles from the pan.
Peel the onion, garlic and chop.
Pour the oil into the pan and fry the onion and garlic.
Add the prepared minced meat and simmer everything well, stirring constantly (10 minutes). Then add the fried noodles, if necessary add a little water and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until the noodles are ready).
