salads
Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- Beetroot – 2 pcs.
- Potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Carrots – 2 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Sauerkraut – 200 g
- Green peas – 1 jar
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp . l .
Cooking method:
1. Boil the beets, potatoes and carrots.
2. Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
3. Mix with cabbage and peas, season with vegetable oil.
Salad with beans and vegetables
Ingredients:
- Red beans (boiled or canned) – 1 jar
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Red onion – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
. - Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking method
1. Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
2. Mix the vegetables with the beans.
3. Season with oil and lemon juice.
Beetroot salad with nuts
Ingredients:
- Beetroot – 2 pcs.
- Walnuts – 50 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
. - Salt – to taste
Cooking method:
1. Boil the beets, grate them on a coarse grater.
2. Chop the nuts and add them to the beetroot.
3. Mix with crushed garlic, season with oil.
Hot dishes
Potatoes baked with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 1 kg
- Champignons – 300 g
- Onion – 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l
. - Salt, spices – to taste
Cooking method:
1. Cut the potatoes into large slices, the mushrooms into slices, and the onion into rings.
2. Put everything on a baking sheet, add salt, spices, and drizzle with oil.
3. Bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
Vegetable stew
Ingredients:
- Zucchini – 2 pcs.
- Eggplant – 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper – 2 pcs.
- Onion – 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp . l .
Cooking method:
1. Cut the vegetables into cubes.
2. Fry the onion, add the remaining vegetables.
3. Simmer under a lid over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Buckwheat with vegetables
Ingredients:
- Buckwheat – 1 cup
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Champignons – 200 g
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp . l .
Cooking method:
1. Boil the buckwheat.
2. Fry the onion, carrot and mushrooms.
3. Mix with buckwheat, warm up for 5 minutes.
Desserts
Lean cupcake with dried fruits
Ingredients:
- Flour – 2 cups
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
- Dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots) – 100 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
. - Water – 1 cup
Cooking method:
1. Mix sugar, butter and water.
2. Add flour, baking powder, and chopped dried fruits.
3. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
Berry jelly
Ingredients:
- Berries (fresh or frozen) – 300 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Agar-agar – 1 tsp
. - Water – 500 ml
Cooking method:
1. Stew the berries with sugar until the juice is released.
2. Add agar-agar and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Pour into molds, let cool.
Fruit salad
Ingredients:
- Apples – 2 pcs.
- Bananas – 2 pcs.
- Oranges – 2 pcs.
- Nuts – 50 g
- Honey – 2 tbsp . l .
Cooking method:
